Cara Pemesanan Online :
- Pilih barang yang tertera di list kami.
- Contact ke CS kami melalui YM / Telp / SMS / Email. Mohon dimaklumi apabila ada keterlambatan pada CS kami dalam mereply pesan Bapak / Ibu dikarenakan banyaknya pertanyaan yang masuk dan CS kami harus mengecek status ketersediaan barang ke masing - masing distributor satu per satu sehingga membutuhkan waktu sebelum membalas pesan customer yang masuk.
- Cek Ongkos Kirim ke Kota Anda.
- Tambahkan harga barang yang di website + ongkos kirim dari Tiki dikalikan berat barang yang ingin dikirim, ditambah biaya asuransi dan packing kayu jika diinginkan (Optional)
- Konfirmasi jumlah yang sudah ditransfer, ke bank mana , barang yang dipesan & kirim data berupa nama dan alamat penerima ke CS ESES Komputer, kita akan langsung melakukan crosscheck (melalui internet banking)
- Setelah dana yang masuk ke rekening kami valid, maka barang pesanan akan langsung kami kirim pada hari yang sama apabila konfirmasi sebelum jam 17.00 WIB.

Cara PROSES CLAIM WARRANTY :
- Apabila terjadi kerusakan pada produk yang sudah dibeli di Eses Komputer sejauh bukan kerusakan fisik (jatuh/pecah/tersiram air,dll), Customer tidak perlu khawatir karena barang yang dijual di Eses Komputer semua bergaransi dari distributor resmi ataupun garansi dari dealer pemasok produk tersebut sesuai dengan lama jaminan dan cakupan garansi pada produk yang didukung oleh masing – masing distributor. Customer bisa membawa barang tersebut ke service centre produk terkait atau membawa barang tersebut ke Eses Komputer, pihak Eses Komputer tetap bertanggung jawab untuk membantu membawa barang tersebut ke service centre / distributor terkait dengan syarat disertai kelengkapan produk tersebut seperti awal pembelian (Box, Segel garansi yang belum tersobek, dan nota Eses Komputer) Apabila ada yang tidak lengkap, maka Eses Komputer berhak untuk menolak barang tersebut.
